Do you offer refunds or returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless there is an issue with the delivery or the product is defective. Please contact us via live chat or email if there are any problems with your order.

What payment options do you offer?

We want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.  Payment may be made during checkout on our website using debit and credit cards.  Alternatively, our drivers are happy to take cash or card on delivery.

How long will my order be?

We aim to deliver all orders within an hour, however, at peak times it may be slightly longer.  We do offer the option of Express Delivery for an extra £1 fee which gives priority delivery.

How can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow the driver in real time.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to BN17 and BN16 postcodes in Littlehampton. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, feel free to use our live chat for assistance.

What are your operating hours?

We’re open for orders Tuesday to Sunday, from 4pm. Deliveries start at 5pm, and the last orders must be placed by 10:30pm. We’re closed on Mondays.
 

How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website. Simply browse through our selection of sweets and desserts, add your items to the cart, and complete your order through our easy checkout process.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We offer a 15% discount on all desserts every Sunday. Be sure to take advantage of this sweet deal!

Can I place a gift order for someone else?

Absolutely! Simply select the items you’d like to send as a gift, provide the recipient’s delivery details at checkout, and choose the ‘Gift Order’ option to pay online.

How do I contact you if I have a question?

You can reach us via live chat on our website for the quickest response, or email us at contact@candy-box.co.uk. We aim to reply to all emails within 12-24 hours.

Do you offer allergy information?

Yes, detailed allergen information is available for all Candy Box products on the product pages. If you have any specific concerns, please contact us before placing your order.
Please note that our facility handles peanuts, nuts, soya, cereals containing gluten, milk, egg. 

Are there any delivery fees?

We have a flat delivery fee for all orders, which will be calculated at checkout. Keep an eye on our promotions, as we sometimes offer free delivery for special occasions!
