Do you offer refunds or returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless there is an issue with the delivery or the product is defective. Please contact us via live chat or email if there are any problems with your order.
What payment options do you offer?
We want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Payment may be made during checkout on our website using debit and credit cards. Alternatively, our drivers are happy to take cash or card on delivery.
How long will my delivery take?
We aim to deliver all orders within an hour, however, at peak times it may be slightly longer. We do offer the option of Express Delivery for an extra £1 fee which gives priority delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order! Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow the driver in real time.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver in Littlehampton, Rustington, East Preston, Angmering and Yapton. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, feel free to use our live chat for assistance.
What are your operating hours?
We’re open for Delivery Tuesday to Sunday. Deliveries start at 5pm, and the last orders must be placed by 10:30pm. We're closed on Mondays.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website. Simply browse through our selection of sweets and desserts, add your items to the cart, and complete your order through our easy checkout process.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer a 15% discount on all desserts every Sunday. Be sure to take advantage of this sweet deal! You can also find some great deal on drinks and other bundles in our Bundle Deals. And sign up for an account to start collecting points on your purchases. Points are worth 5% of ordered items, and must be used within 30 days of date they were issued.
Can I place a gift order for someone else?
Absolutely! Simply select the items you'd like to send as a gift. At checkout, provide your details in the billing section, then tick the box "Deliver to a different address?", then enter the recipient's delivery details in the delivery section at checkout, add a note to your Gift Order and choose to pay online. (If you choose Cash on Delivery by error, you will need to cancel the order and reorder.)

Do you offer allergy information?
Yes, detailed allergen information is available for all Candy Box products on the product pages. If you have any specific concerns, please contact us before placing your order.
Please note that our facility handles peanuts, nuts, soya, cereals containing gluten, milk, egg.
Are there any delivery fees?
We have a flat delivery fee for all orders, which will be calculated at checkout. Spend more than £20 and receive FREE DELIVERY!
